To Start.

Soup of the day.
Made fresh on the premises, served with a warm crusty baguette & smoked salt butter.                                                               
Mushrooms in a garlic & cream cheese sauce. (V)
Button mushrooms in a creamy garlic & cheese sauce, fresh bread.
Buffalo chicken wings.
3 joint chicken wings coated in our spice recipe, tossed in Bricks barbecue sauce, served with dressed baby leaves
& Bricks barbecue sauce.                                                                                                                                                                                      
Stuffed jalapenos. (V)
Half jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in a panko and crushed tortilla crumb, served with dressed
baby leaves & Bricks salsa.                                                                                                                                                                   
Cheese nachos. (V)
Corn tortillas seasoned with our spice recipe, melted cheese, jalapenos, soured cream, Bricks salsa & Bricks guacamole.          
Traditional prawn cocktail.
Cooked freshwater prawns tossed in Bricks drunken Mary Rose sauce, crispy iceberg lettuce & mixed leaves, crostini
toasts.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
Pate & toast.
Homemade pate, toast, tossed leaves, homemade chutney.

Roast topside of beef.
Roast topside of Hampshire beef, giant Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, selection of chef’s seasonal vegetables,
horseradish sauce, Bricks Sunday roast beef gravy.                                                                                                                                             
Roast loin of pork.
Roast loin of pork, caramelised onion & sage stuffing, crispy crackling, roast potatoes, selection of chef’s vegetables,
apple sauce, Thatchers Gold & sage gravy.                                                                                                                                                         
Butternut, creamy goats cheese & caramelised onion Wellington. (V,N) (cooking time 25 minutes)
Roast butternut, Rosary goats cheese, caramelised onions & cashew nuts wrapped in puff pastry, red onion & mixed herb stuffing,
roast potatoes, selection of chef’s vegetables, cranberry sauce, white wine, sage & onion gravy.                                                  
Goats cheese & superfood salad. (V, N)
Goats cheese, beetroot, spiced butternut, blanched green beans, broccoli, mixed seeds & nuts, roasted peppers,
extra virgin olive oil & balsamic vinaigrette, served in a crispy tortilla shell.                                                                                    
Handmade beef or veggie burger. (V)
Both made to our own special recipes, which do contain a little bit of spice! Topped with Bricks smoked cheddar
(smoked on the premises!), served in a toasted sourdough bun with lettuce, dill pickles, tomato, red onions
& mayonnaise. Seasoned fries accompany the burgers.                                                                                                                    
Fillet of salmon..
Fillet of salmon, crushed herb potatoes, marinated fennel, green bean & orange salad, crispy Serrano ham.                                                                              
To Finish.

Sticky toffee pudding, Bricks warm toffee sauce, vanilla pod ice cream.
Chocolate brownie slab, Bricks chocolate sauce, bashed hazelnuts, clotted cream ice cream.
Lemon posset, drunken berries, homemade shortbread.
Treacle tart, vanilla pod ice cream, fresh raspberries, chocolate sauce.
Chef's crumble of the day, please ask for today’s choice, served with a choice of Crème Anglaise, cream or ice cream.
Eton mess Sundae, chewy meringue, marinated berries, fresh raspberries, vanilla ice cream, fresh whipped cream.
