Koren and Gareths’ vision was to keep the pub a good drinking pub, with an excellent restaurant – serving top quality, free-range food, locally produced when possible. To offer top notch service with attention to detail, waitress service where nothing is too much trouble. Being a country pub it is unique in the area as it stays open for food all day. “With Gareth being the head chef and myself running front of house we feel we are achieving what we set out to do” says Koren, “Our staff are friendly and helpful, and customer service is of the utmost importance to us”.
